Qu\u00e9 grande! Mundo Lanar en Madrid Comestible<\/a><\/strong><\/a>! nuestra revista favorita dedicada al Consumo Local! Como ver\u00e9is, el art\u00edculo no tiene desperdicio por no hablar de las magn\u00edficas fotos de manos de Alfredo C\u00e1liz (fot\u00f3grafo de Comestible), quien ha sabido captar a la perfecci\u00f3n el esp\u00edritu de nuestro proyecto <\/a>: un mont\u00f3n de p\u00e1ginas dedicadas a la Historia de la Lana en el Valle del Lozoya, al Proceso de la Lana, a la cultura del Hazlo T\u00fa Mismo, a los Tintes Naturales y a este proyecto llamado Mundo Lanar que ha cautivado nuestras vidas<\/strong>. Lo cierto es que \u2013m\u00e1s alla de la ilusi\u00f3n que nos hace formar parte de esta maravillosa revista\u2013 la experiencia en s\u00ed ha sido de lo m\u00e1s positiva: tanto por el hecho de recibir en nuestro pueblo a Cristina (alma m\u00e1ter de Madrid Comestible) y a Luis (Media Narranja), y haber tenido la oportunidad de descubrir a unas personas maravillosas, repletas de entusiasmo y buenas ideas, que lo est\u00e1n dando TOSO TODITO TODO<\/strong> por promover el Consumo Local por medio de una revista tan cercana, cuidada y elaborada; como por el disfrute y el aprendizaje que implica participar en el proceso de elaboraci\u00f3n de un reportaje de estas caracter\u00edsticas, junto a unas personas tan entra\u00f1ables!<\/p>\n

As\u00ed que es un privilegio que una REVISTA \u2013con may\u00fasculas\u2013 dedicada al Consumo Local, ponga su mirada en un proyecto ligado al territorio, decidido a hacer de las Fibras y Tintes Naturales la alternativa a las fibras y tintes artificiales de or\u00edgen petroqu\u00edmico. Porque es GRACIAS a este tipo de revistas, que tenemos la oportunidad de acercarnos \u2013de forma tan humana\u2013 a temas tan desconocidos, as\u00ed como a productores locales, dise\u00f1adores, artesanos y gentes de a pi\u00e9<\/strong><\/strong>, que de otra forma nos ser\u00eda dif\u00edcil saber de su existencia. Un 10 a esta iniciativa que tan buenas energ\u00edas est\u00e1 creando, que tanta gente interesante esta conectando (contribuyendo a la generaci\u00f3n de sinergias y a prescindir del exceso de intermediarios) y, en general, por su contribuci\u00f3n a un Consumo Local, Responsable y de Proximidad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Comentaros que, si bien Madrid Comestible es una revista de tirada gratuita distribu\u00edda a trav\u00e9s de una red de espacios vinculados con el Consumo Local<\/strong>, con VERSI\u00d3N ONLINE (donde pod\u00e9is ver este art\u00edculo al completo<\/strong>) tambi\u00e9n ES POSIBLE SUBSCRIBIRSE!<\/a><\/strong> Nosotros lo acabamos de hacer, ya que creemos que este tipo de revistas que nacen del compromiso personal, que carecen de ayudas econ\u00f3micas y que desean preservar su espr\u00edritu independiente, agradecen \u2013MUY MUCHO\u2013 el apoyo econ\u00f3mico (tambi\u00e9n queremos suponer que \u00abmoral\u00bb) que representan los subscriptores!
