Damos la bienvenida a la primavera con nuestra primera exposici\u00f3n lanar. Y aunque ya hab\u00edamos montado bodegones lanares, \u00e9sta es la primea exposici\u00f3n que hacemos. La hemos titulado \u00abTirando del ovillo. Restauraciones, instalaciones y grafitis lanares\u00bb, en parte porque nos inspiraba la idea de mirar al proceso tradicional de la lana desde el presente<\/strong>, y en parte tambi\u00e9n porque la t\u00e9cnica empleada requiere tirar constantemente del ovillo.<\/p>\n

We welcome the spring with our first exhibit dedicated to wool. And even though we have created several still lifes of wool, this is our first exhibit, entitled \u00abPulling the ball. Restorations, installations and graffiti\u00bb, in part because we were inspired by the idea of \u200b\u200blooking at the traditional process of wool from a present point of view<\/strong>, and partly because the technique requires to pull the yarn, sincerely, again and again.<\/span><\/p>\n

Charlacata<\/h3>\n

Empezaremos la ma\u00f1ana con una Charlacata de fibras naturales<\/a><\/strong> que dar\u00e1 comienzo a las 11:30, pensada para descubrir la magia de un mont\u00f3n de fibras naturales con un gran potencial para Ecomoda<\/strong> y caminar hacia la sustentabilidad de los textiles, para -poco a poco- dejar de ser tan dependientes del petr\u00f3leo y los productos qu\u00edmicos.<\/p>\n

Chat-tasting!<\/span><\/h3>\n

We start the morning with the \u00abNatural Fibers Chat-tasting\u00bb<\/a> which will begin at 11:30<\/strong>, devised to discover the magic of many natural fibers with great potential for Ecofashion<\/strong> and walk towards the textile sustainability, in order to be less dependent from oil and chemicals.<\/p>\n

Donde y cuando!<\/h3>\n

Aunque la expo est\u00e1 montada desde principios de marzo, la inaguraci\u00f3n oficial es este s\u00e1bado 5 de abril a las 12:30<\/strong> en el Centro de Visitantes del Parque Nacional de Guadarrama<\/strong> (antiguo Centro de Educaci\u00f3n Ambiental, que es como lo conoce la gente porque el centro de visitantes es nuevo). El horario de apertura es de mi\u00e9rcoles a viernes de 10:00 a 15:00 horas y s\u00e1bados, domingos y festivos de 10:00 a 18:00 horas. La direcci\u00f3n es Carretera de Las Dehesas km 2 (28470) Cercedilla \u2013 Madrid<\/strong>. Aqu\u00ed os dejamos los datos de contacto del centro para cualquier duda que teng\u00e1is. Where and when!<\/span><\/h3>\n

Although the exhibit is already installed since early March, the official opening is this Saturday (April 5th) at 12:30 pm<\/strong>. The place is the Visitor Center from the Guadarrama National Park (formerly Environmental Education Center, that is how people know it because the visitor center is new). The opening hours are Wednesday through Friday from 10:00 to 15:00 and on Saturdays, and Sundays and holidays from 10:00 to 18:00.
